2. Scope of work

3. Potential hazards

4. Safety measures

5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)
It is a requirement for the employer to provide personal protective equipment to the employee. The plan shows the PPEs for the described job, which must be provided at the time of agreement. The PPEs include; gloves, gumboots, sunglasses, safety belts, masks, intricate huts, and dust coats.

6. Training
Starting a job without proper education is the second risk after failing to wear protective attires. The employer must initiate training sessions, mentorship programs, and apprenticeship programs for new hires after installing a new machine. After training, the employees must be provided with certification to prove their competency.

7. Responsibilities
Jobs that require multiple talents need to be addressed, and the respective departments are highlighted. Project managers, supervisors, and casual workers' duties are noted under each rank.

8. Evaluation procedures
