Components of Safe Work Plan
1. Job description

2. Scope of work

3. Potential hazards

4. Safety measures
All hazards have corresponding safety measures that are addressed under safety measures. The employee becomes aware of the actions to take in case of injury, near miss, or accident. The plan also details the available safety tools and locations, such as fire extinguishers, water points, emergency doors, first aid kit, and emergency contacts.
5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)
It is a requirement for the employer to provide personal protective equipment to the employee. The plan shows the PPEs for the described job, which must be provided at the time of agreement. The PPEs include; gloves, gumboots, sunglasses, safety belts, masks, intricate huts, and dust coats.
Starting a job without proper education is the second risk after failing to wear protective attires. The employer must initiate training sessions, mentorship programs, and apprenticeship programs for new hires after installing a new machine. After training, the employees must be provided with certification to prove their competency.

8. Evaluation procedures
