Once you sign up, the app is perfect for workers in the field who need to report an incident on the spot when something happens. Capture a photo, take down the details, note the details of what has occurred, who was the injured person, was there any property damage, was it a near miss? Choose the scenario and report what has happened in the field.

- take a photo (activates your phone's camera so you can quickly and easily capture a photo in the field)

- report the basics of what's happened (fields like your name, company, date of incident, location, person reporting to, email of person reporting to, witnessed by, phone number of witness, brief statement, body part injured, nature of injury and more
